Refund policy
We do not normally provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind about an order, so please choose carefully.
We don't offer refunds for monthly plans.
We don't offer refunds for quarterly or annual plans after 14 days following the first payment or renewal payment.
Purchases of coaching and mentoring training includes proprietary methods, concepts and software templates (for use with NinjaTrader and Gomicators) so we do not offer refunds for mentoring and coaching training.
NinjaTrader and Gomicators software purchased as part of the training services are subject to the terms of service provided by the software providers. NinjaTrader and Gomicators do not provide refunds. More information on the terms of service can be viewed at their respective websites.
What if I don’t want to renew my subscription?
If you do not want to renew please cancel your subscription in your account. If you have difficulties, please email bebetter@bosstrading.com.au
Can I pause my subscription?
If you want to pause your subscription, you need to cancel the subscription and purchase the subscription product again in the future.
Subscription renewal
Your subscriptions will be set to automatically renew upon expiration. This means that unless you cancel your subscription prior to its expiration, your account will automatically renew for the same term.
